Terms of sale
What you buy, written before you pay
Version of 4 October 2026. These terms apply to publishing a site and renewing its hosting, and are accepted at the time of payment.
1. The seller and the service
The service is sold and invoiced by MAKEO, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 1 000 €, 44 rue Gambetta, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, RCS Nanterre 130 435 712, VAT number FR30 130 435 712. Contact: contact@fabrique-sites.fr.
Fabrique Sites writes, lays out, hosts and publishes brochure sites from the description you give of your business. Writing and previewing are free; you pay when you publish.
2. Price and payment
The starter pack costs €190 excluding VAT and includes 3 pages, the connection of your domain name and twelve months of hosting in France. Each extra page costs €14 excluding VAT; some pages with regulated content carry their own price, shown before you order. The total is displayed in the editor as you add pages.
Prices are excluding VAT; French VAT at the current rate is added and appears on the invoice. Payment is made once, by card, through our provider Stripe, which alone handles card data. Every payment produces an invoice.
3. Publishing and hosting
The site is published as soon as payment is made, at an address of the form fabrique-sites.fr/s/your-name, then on your own domain once you have connected it. It is hosted in France for twelve months from payment.
From the second year, hosting costs €49 excluding VAT per year. We write to you before the due date; nothing is charged without your agreement. Without renewal, the site stays online for thirty days after the due date, then is suspended and kept: you take it with you through the HTML export, and you can bring it back online by paying the renewal.
4. Your content and your site
The texts, photos and information you supply belong to you. The texts written by our engine from your information are assigned to you with the site. You can export your whole site as HTML at any time and host it wherever you wish.
Figures, customer reviews and labels published are those you supply; you warrant their accuracy. The site's legal notice is filled from your publisher identity, as you enter it.
5. Withdrawal
The service is intended for professionals, to whom the withdrawal right of the French Consumer Code does not apply when the order falls within their main activity.
If you are a consumer, or a professional covered by article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from payment to withdraw, by email to contact@fabrique-sites.fr. As the site is published at your request as soon as you pay, you waive that right for the part of the service already performed.
6. Personal data, liability and governing law
Your account and order data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the performance of the service; your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability are exercised at the contact address. Technical sub-processors are listed in our legal notice.
We use the means required for the availability and security of your site; our liability is limited to the sums you have paid. These terms are governed by French law; we seek an amicable solution before any action, and a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
