Our commitments
What you are entitled to expect
No clinical outcome can be promised. How we work, however, can be committed to — and checked.
Five practice commitments
They concern how we practise, never the outcome of your treatment.
- 01
One session, one patient
Thirty individual minutes, never two patients with one practitioner at once. That is what limits the number of slots and sometimes lengthens the wait.
30 minutes
- 02
Published fees, no surprises
Every fee is on this site and does not change once treatment has started. We invoice after each session.
Every session
- 03
An assessment before any treatment
Forty-five minutes of examination and measurement before the first treatment session. Treating without measuring is treating blind.
First appointment
- 04
Your GP is kept informed
With your consent, a letter after the assessment and at each review. You can ask for a copy at any time.
Every 10 sessions
- 05
We say when to stop
If treatment is no longer adding anything, we say so and refer you on. Continuing sessions that have stopped helping is neither honest nor useful.
At each review
What we do not promise
No cure, no recovery date, no success rate. Recovery depends on the condition, how long it has been there, and the work done between sessions — part of which is not ours to do.
What we tell you at the first appointment is what can reasonably be expected in your situation, and we review it as treatment goes on.
