Questions about our listings

Why leave sold properties online?: Because a seller who is hesitating wants to know what we actually sell, and at what price. Sold properties stay up for three months, marked “Sold”.
Is the advertised price negotiable?: Every written offer goes to the seller, including the ones we think are low. They decide. In 2025, 96% of our properties sold at the agreed asking price.
What does “excessive energy consumption” mean?: It is the required wording for properties rated F or G on the energy performance certificate. It does not mean the property is bad: it means insulation or heating work should be expected, and that letting restrictions apply over time.
Can a property not appear on the site?: Yes. Some sellers ask for discretion, and some properties go before they are listed, to buyers already on our register. All the more reason to tell us what you are looking for.
