Independent, and why that matters
We belong to no network. Nobody sets us a target for instructions won, and nobody hands us a valuation tool calibrated to flatter the seller.
In exchange, we cover twelve areas only. Beyond that we point you to someone else: better said out loud than taking an instruction we cannot sell.
Client Money Protection covers funds passing through the agency. The Property Ombudsman can be approached free of charge in a dispute — the details are at the foot of every page.
