What we will never do to you
A salon is judged as much on what it refuses to do as on its cutting. Here are our four rules, and what they cost you.

The price quoted is the price paid
Every price is on the wall and on this site, wash and finish included. Nothing is added at the till, however long your hair.
Every appointment

Nothing sold at the end
We will never offer you a treatment to take away. If something would genuinely help, we tell you what it is and where to find it — including elsewhere.

A strand test before any colour
Ten minutes, free, at a separate visit. A colour that goes wrong costs months of growing out: we would rather lose the slot.
Before every first colour

Ten days to change your mind
If the cut is not right, come back within ten days and the adjustment is not charged. After that it counts as a cut.

What it costs you
Four chairs, never more than two clients at a time, and therefore a fortnight's wait for a Saturday. Prices a little above the local average.
